POWERMAX TRADING - FZCO ("PowerMax Trading", "we", "us") operates the website powermaxtrade.com. We are a trading company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. Through our contact and quotation forms that is:

• Your name and company name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your country, where you provide it
• The product category, quantity and delivery term you are enquiring about
• The content of your message

For security and abuse prevention we also record the IP address the submission came from, the time of submission and the page it was sent from.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• To carry out and administer a trading transaction with you
• To keep a record of business correspondence
• To detect and block automated abuse of our forms

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets a single session cookie. It exists only to protect our forms against cross-site request forgery and to show you the confirmation message after you submit. It is removed when you close your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking on this site. Our fonts are served from our own server, not a third party.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame. If you load that page, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy. The map is the only third-party embed on this site.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details are shared only where they are needed to fulfil your request. That can include:

• Our email and hosting providers, who process data on our behalf
• Suppliers and manufacturers, where we must quote or place an order for you
• Freight forwarders, customs brokers and authorities, where a shipment requires it
• Regulators or authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose

Because we source from Turkey, Austria, China and Tunisia, fulfilling an enquiry may involve transferring the relevant commercial details outside the UAE. We share only what the specific transaction requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with the request and to satisfy commercial record-keeping and tax obligations that apply to us. Security and rate-limiting records are short-lived and are cleared routinely.

How we protect it

• Enquiry records are stored outside the public web directory and are not reachable over the internet
• Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery and automated submission
• Submitted content is validated and sanitised on the server
• Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or banking credentials through the website forms.

Your rights

Subject to UAE law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it where we have no continuing obligation to keep it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
